I found this lemon loaf recipe over at a pretty life in the suburbs and have made it twice this week it's so delicious. I appreciate a recipe with a simple list of ingredients that can easily be found on the island & that tastes super yummy to boot! This one's definately going in our family's file of favorite recipes!

I am TOTALLY making this lemon cake!
I can really relate to finding a good recipe with simple ingredients that are easy to find! It is so frustrating to get a recipe that has so many preprepared ingredients that are not available any where (in Beijing, that is). Simple recipes are more and more difficult to find these days! Your bread looks yummy!

my husband always says lemon recipes taste like dishsoap so i hardly ever make lemony stuff. :)
