All about Dad Questionnaire Free Printable

Get to know Dad this Father's Day with my FREE printable All about Dad Questionnaire!

Ways to use the All About Dad Questionnaire:

1. Sit down and have an interview with Dad/Grandpa, write down his answers in a notebook.

2. Email the questionnaire to Dad/Grandpa and have him write his responses in a return email.

3. Ask Dad/Grandpa these questions while video recording his answers.

4. Use Dad/Grandpa's answers to create a mini album all about him.

5. Include the questions in a journal, give it to Dad/Grandpa for Father's Day
and have him write down his answers.

Having Dad/Grandpa share their answers to even some of these questions is such a great way to get to know things about them you may not have known before. Even if some of the questions are tough, they're sure to get them thinking and bring up special memories they can share with the whole family!

I hope you enjoy this fun Father's Day printable!

Check out this simple Father's Day gift idea I shared earlier in the week. These photo bookmarks are so fun to make and are sure to put a smile on Dad's face!

Monthly Photo Collages: April 2013

I started my April photo collages a little while ago and was finally able to get them finished, printed + added to my 2013 project life album. I'm especially happy to have all these photos documented with how crazy life has been the last few weeks.
We've got some really big life changes coming up next week. We've been waiting for what seems like forever to move on to the next step in this whole med school journey and I'm excited to report, that as of next week, we will be relocating to Arizona where my husband will start his clinical rotations!

It's been a whirlwind that's for sure! From the time we found out we'd be on our way until the day we leave next Friday will be just over 3 weeks. As crazy as its been, we're feeling so blessed with how everything seems to be falling into place.
Even with all the packing, the paperwork that goes along with an international move and keeping up with daily life, I was able to throw these collages together. Not saying that to toot my own horn, it just goes to show how quickly + easily these come together! :) That's what I love about them so much!

I'm perfectly happy if all I get around to in a given month is making these photo collages. I can go back later and fill in the blanks with the stories, but for now, it makes me smile to see all these photos from April documented!
